This Radikal Bikers lower handlebar plastic panel piece came from a Midway/Williams/Atari warehouse raid. The shell piece half is new old stock, and has never been used or installed on a game. There could be the occasional light scuff(s) on the part, just from the manufacturing and storing process. There are no screws or any other parts aside from the plastic shell piece.
