Once the item leaves our warehouse, the Shipping Method you choose on the Cart page or with our sales team determines how quickly your shipped item delivers to your doorstep.

Shipping Cost

SuperFitness offers in-store pickup for most items purchased on our website. Please contact our sales person to schedule a date & time for pick up.

What's Next?

Once your order is placed, SuperFitness provides information on your order by email. We'll send a Shipment Notification email when the item ships from our warehouse. The Shipment Notification email includes the carrier name, tracking number, and a Delivers by date. You can click the tracking number link to track your package on the carrier's website.

Pickup Notification Email

Once your items are available at the SuperFitness warehouse, we'll send a Pickup Notification email.

Delivery Options

SuperFitness chooses which carrier will deliver your shipment if you choose to have us ship your item. To make sure your order reaches you securely, our shipments require a signature for delivery.

Shipping Policies

SuperFitness will arrange shipment for orders within the continental US. All international shipments are required to be scheduled by the purchaser.

Damaged Freight Policy

SuperFitness Gym Equipment Strives to Package your equipment to the best of our ability and handle your company's equipment how we would want our equipment to be handled. All claims for shipping loss or damaged freight must be submitted to the shipping carrier that was responsible for the shipment. In this event buyer is responsible filing this claim. SuperFitness Gym equipment will assist with the claim if loss or damages occur. But does not offer refunds if damages occurs. Since it is impossible for SuperFitness Gym Equipment  to control how equipment is handled after it leaves our facility, this releases SuperFitness Gym Equipment of any liability from damages incurred during the shipment process. We want you to know we are doing our best to protect your equipment on each and every shipment.
