Return Policy
We Only Accept Domestic Return
Refunds / Exchanges may only be made within 30 days of receiving the package and 20% Restocking Fee will be applied.
A refund will not be accepted if item returned has missing parts or have any kind of damaged. All returns must be in their original non-damaged condition, to include all original manufacturer’s packaging, documentation, manuals and accessories, or else they will not be accepted.
IMPORT TAX
There'll probably be an additional customs fees for shipping goods to your country, and all fees have to be paid by buyer.
whether it charges or not, how much it charges depend on regulations of buyer's local government, which is not in the range of our control, so we can't be sure.
Under legitimate circumstances, we always try our best to help our customer to minimize your VAT exposure upon your request.
