Offering a note only offered a few times a decade in this denomination. Only 3 other similar examples known to exist. A great survivor from this one bank town in Clermont County north of Cincinnati. Signatures of B.S. Rathgeber, Cashier and G.G. King as President are beautifully clear. No pin holes, rips or tears. A note to perk up any collection.
