2-piece stainless steel ball valves are a simple and easy to use manual on/off flow control. These are very popular on many automated systems as it gives your application a method of shutting down flow manually.

These ball valves are manufactured as two pieces to enable a full-size ball to fit inside the body of the valve. This full-size ball keeps the orifice the same diameter all the way through the valve which is referred to as full bore or full port. This prevents pressure drop or reduced flow rate as media passes through the ball.

This valve comes with a 1-1/4” FNPT threading and a locking device on the handle which allows you to lock the valve in the fully open or fully closed position. Contrary to solenoid valves or motorized ball valves these manual valves can be opened to different degrees limiting flow.

The Stainless-Steel body and PTFE allow for this valve to work with a wide range of temperature and pressure. This valve is rated for 1000 PSI and -25° F to 356° F. These are commonly used in brewing, irrigation, drinking water and HVAC applications just to name a few.
