Shipping
iWANPANTS ships from Seattle, Washington and generally ships within 1 business day once payment has cleared.
We offer several shipping options for your convenience.
Standard shipping has an estimated delivery time of 1-4 business days*.
Premium shipping typically is delivered within 1 business day* (most locations) 2 business days for out outlining areas.
*All Delivery estimates are based on cleared payment by 11 am PST. Under various circumstances, orders may exceed our delivery estimates and are not guaranteed.
Combined Shipping
If the buyer wishes to combine auctions, please wait until all auctions have ended before completing checkout. Buyer has 7 days from the end of the first auction to complete checkout. Once checkout has been completed for an order, the order cannot be combined or modified.
Shipping
US Buyers pay a fixed shipping price via USPS which includes shipping, 3rd party insurance, handling and delivery confirmation or tracking number.
International Buyers
Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
Returns & Exchanges
We have a 30 day return policy on all unworn purchased. Returns must be returned with all tags attached and in the condition when the merchandise is returned. Shipping will be deducted for returns. (Returned items purchased with 'Free Shipping' promotions will have the 'Standard Rate' shipping fees deducted from applicable refunds.)

FAQ's
Can we mark the item as a gift or sample?
Unfortunately, we are unable to mark any items that we ship as a gift or sample. We mark the items with the price you pay for them. There is nothing we can do to help you avoid paying taxes/duties upon delivery.
What happens if I don't pay within 3 days?
If payment is not received within 3 days of the end of the listing, the checkout will expire and the item will be relisted, and an unpaid item process will be filed. If the item is still available for purchase, we will gladly reopen your checkout. Once payment is received, we will remove the unpaid item process. If you do not wish to purchase the item, you have the option to pay a $5 relist fee to have the strike removed as well. Otherwise, nonpayment of items won will result in an unpaid item process.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, you will be emailed a tracking number when your item ships.
