Transparent ‘glass’ and backing board secured by metal clips (see 5^th and 6^th photos).

The text includes: MOUNT APERTURE SIZE 50 x 30 cm (20” x 16”) (see 4^th photo).
So I assume (I wouldn’t know without tearing off the shrink-wrapping!) that the central rectangle, within which all the text is displayed, can be removed, leaving a wide black mounting around the desired photo.
I also assume that the black mount could be removed completely, allowing an  enlarged photo / poster to fill the overall frame.

Quite old, but completely unused, still shrink-wrapped – therefore classified a “New”.
