Brief Description of Patent: My invention consists of the combination in one of two separate instruments required by the ticket checking officials at railway stations, namely, a ticket nipper or punch and a carriage key; the object being to facilitate their work with respect to both speed and safety.

Condition: Slight crinkling. Pages loose. Wear to left hand edge where patent has been removed from the volume. 

This was sold by a Library and has their stamp impression on some of the pages/drawings.
