The brown and green 200 Kenya shilling banknote is part of the series of banknotes that have the old portrait of Mzee Jomo Kenyatta, the first president of Kenya. The note is in uncirculated condition, 142 mm long and 75 mm wide. The obverse side contains an old portrait of former president Mzee Jomo Kenyatta, a lion, Mount Kenya, and the national emblem of Kenya. The reverse side depicts a cotton-picking scene. The note has an elephant registration device, a windowed security thread with demetalized CBK 200, a lion head watermark, an electrotype 200 watermark, and Cornerstones.
