This auction is for a Scarce Antique Sandwich Glass "Sunburst" Variant Cup Plate, LR-504, c. 1835-1850. This is a very pretty clea flint glass cup plate with a sunburst bottom with rings around the perimeter. The cup plate is Lee-Rose #504 and it is variant of Barlow #1404. I offer this Sandwich glass cup plate with a Buy It Now. DIMENSIONS: The cup plate is 3/8" Thick. 3 1/2" Dia.. CONDITION: The condition is very good with a couple of tiny chips or nicks to the rim and some roughness as well. The glass also exhibits some wonderful flaws found in the early glass of this period. There are a couple of bubbles in the rim area and other flaws such as; sand, annealing lines, straw marks and striations.
