The Multi-Code model 412001 commonly known as the Multi-Code 4120 is the new style two-button visor style radio transmitter that works with all Multi-Code radio receivers used on garage door or gate openers that have 10 DIP on/off type code switches on the 300MHz frequency. Originally made under the name of Multi-Elmac this remote is now manufactured by Linear Corporation. The new design replaces the older square corner version and is part number MSC412001 that controls two Multi-Code or compatible code switch type garage door opener or gate radio receiver on 300MHz with 10 DIP on/off type code switches. Each button of the Multi-Code 4120 remote has its own set of 10 DIP code switches allowing a different code to be set for each button. The Multi-Code 4120 remote is a very popular remote used with automatic gate system for apartments and gated communities as well as older garage door openers. This is a brand new item that comes from the manufacturer as a dealer bulk purchase pack and are individually wrapped in a plastic bag (no box) and include visor clip, battery (installed) and programming instructions.
The Multi-Code 4120 by Linear Corporation MCS308911 remote is directly compatible with the following models to control two devices:
Challenger: MC1010, MC1020, MC4210, MC4220.
Carper: CX-300
Digi Code: 5010, 5060, 5030, 5040, 5070.
Heddolf: M219, M220.
Multi-Code: 1083, 3060, 3070, 3083, 3089, 4120, 4140.
Multi Elmac: 3089.
Chamberlain: 300MC.
Not all compatible models may be listed.
PLEASE NOTE: Some of the later model Stanley garage door openers use the Multi-Code 3089 version on 300Mhz. Please check the back of your remote for the frequency that will be either 300 or 310. If your remote is 300 then this is the correct one for you. If your remote is 310 then you need to use the Stanley 1094 remote.

PLEASE NOTE: This is the 308911 model that is
on the 300MHz frequency. The 308913 model that we do not sell is on the
Stanley frequency of 310MHz. Some of the later model Stanley garage door
openers use the Multi-Code 3089 version on 300Mhz.
Please check the back of your remote for the frequency that will be
either 300 or 310. If your remote is 300 then this is the correct one
for you. If your remote is 310 then you need to use the Stanley 1050
remote.
