The Malawi 100 Kwacha Banknote comes from the 2001-2011 issues which features novel serial numbering and an electrotype denomination has been added to the watermark. This banknote is red in color, measures 150 x 75, and was given a grade of 66 by the grading company Paper Money Guaranty (PMG). The front side features a fish as a registration device, three men with a fishing net in a small boat on Lake Malawi along with the portrait of Reverend John Chilembwe. The back side shows the Capitol Hill building in Lilongwe, the bank logo and a fish. It has a windowed security thread and Chilembwe as its watermark.
