Overview
This MagCAD mount allows you to mount your Hammerhead Karoo 2 cycle computer to a Quad Lock mount. It's perfect for those who like to swap between using their phone, with Quad Lock case, or their Hammerhead as you only need to have one mount attached to the bike.

​Application
To attach the adapter to your Quad Lock mount simply install with a quarter turn motion just as you would with any Quad Lock device. The tab on the Quad Lock mount will lock into the adapter, securing it to the mount.

To attach your Hammerhead device simply follow the same procedure as with the OEM Hammerhead mount, pulling the device backward onto the mount with a slight twist to centre and locate it. You should hear or feel a positive click when the device is attached. We recommend using the tether that's supplied with your Hammerhead device just for extra security.

The design of the adapter is such that you can attach your Hammerhead in both the horizontal or vertical position, depending on your particular setup.

Material
MagCAD Mounts are 3D printed in Nylon PA12. However these are not your typical home 3D printers. Following a process of SLS (Selective Laser Sintering) on industrial size printers, costing anything above £100k, the resulting mounts have fantastic resolution and refinement. The surface finish is slightly rough with a matte effect and the performance of the mounts are comparable to injection moulded parts.
