We are a smoke and pet free home.  All items are dispatched in perfect and non faulty condition. Please feel free to ask any questions before bidding/purchasing.

All my items are described honestly and in as much detail as possible.  All measurements are approximate and for guidance only.  Please note that although every effort is made to ensure an accurate representation, colour may vary slightly from that shown in the photo/scan.  If you have any questions please ask.

Please do not bid/buy if you are not happy with the postage and packaging costs. The postage charge you pay is not just the cost of the stamp, it includes packaging costs and relevant charges.  Free postage is by Royal Mail 2nd class, (please note that 2nd class post can sometimes take up to 10 days to arrive – please take this into account when choosing postage options.)  1st class option is always available for an additional charge.  I post most days except weekends.  Items are always posted within 2 working days of payment clearing - usually next day. Cards are sent out in hard backed envelopes.  I always obtain proof of posting.

Item not arrived 3-5 days?
Please bear with us, Royal Mail can sometimes be slow and items can take a little longer to arrive, Royal Mail does not class an item as lost until after 14 days, if this happens we will do everything we can to help you just contact us via the message to seller and we will look into it for you.
 
If you need an item quickly it is recommended that you select the 1st class postage option during checkout.
