At On The 45 we aim to provide a quick and professional service: Happy customers = happy us. Our aim is provide the same service we should expect as customers. 

Items are usually sent safely and securely via Royal Mail, and are insured and usually tracked. For larger parcels we use Parcel Force, DPD or Evri. Dispatch times vary between same day and no later than two days. If there?s any urgent orders required then please don?t hesitate to get in touch and see if we can come to some arrangement. Your questions will usually be answered within a few hours.

Please note: all orders outside of the UK are handled by eBay?s GSP service, so we can?t amend address details, alter shipping and tax costs. This is out of our control - we don?t even see any of that information.
