The Justrite marker has #439080. It does not have the band assembly and does have scotch tape with "HampG." on the sides. (This is easily removed.) and has been used. The Certified Band Assembly Mechanisms are still in the boxes and have never been used. There is a small matchbox with various parts as shown.
