Checkout and payment must be completed within 8 days after you commit to buy, If payment is not received before this time, the eBay unpaid item process will be triggered. You then have 4 days to pay for the item. If payment is still not made after that time, the sale will be cancelled automatically and Non-Paying Buyer alert will be lodged against your account.

We endeavour to ship all items purchased before 8am (AEST/AEDT) on a business day that same day. Usually, all orders are getting fulfilled the next business day. Our Fulfilment team works all business days, excluding weekends or Victorian or national public holidays.

COMBINING POSTAGE

Pricing all depends on the total size/weight/destination of your items. The eBay postage calculator cant determine that, so we work it out manually to give you the best price. Postage will get combined in most cases automatically. If you feel you got overcharged, please contact our Customer Care.

1. Commit to buy the items you want, with the BUY IT NOW button.
2. DO NOT PAY until we send you a REVISED INVOICE with adjusted postage.
3. Do not use the ADD TO CART Button as we cannot see any items in your Shopping Cart.
4. If there is a problem with your order please let us know before leaving feedback and we will rectify it ASAP.

TRACKING NUMBERS

Are assigned to all our sent items so you are able to see the delivery status. You will notified by eBay.

UNDELIVERABLE & RETURNED ITEMS/p>

1. PO BOXES - we can send to Australian PO Boxes, but we cannot ship to international PO Boxes.
2. UNDELIVERABLE RETURNS - if your package cannot be delivered and is being returned to us, we will refund the product costs only. If you wish us to re-send the item, we will have to charge you the postage fee.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

Occasionally our products are so popular we run out of stock. In this rare occurrence, we'll contact you to advise when we expect items to be back in stock and ready for dispatch. Where goods are part of a combined order, we will offer you the option of waiting for all your goods to be delivered together or split the order.

Country Store Trading is happy to exchange or refund your purchase if:

- The product is faulty or not of merchantable quality, or

- The product is not fit for the purpose, or

- The product does not match the description

If you want to exchange or return, send us an eBay message within 30 days and we'll reply with our details of how to return your goods. Please note; If the reason for return is other than the above, Country Store Trading does not cover the cost of freight if there is no fault with our service or the product.

1. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Please choose carefully as it can work out quite expensive to do an exchange or return goods
2. When returning goods, please also include your eBay ID and a note with the reason for return.
