Vintage RABONE CHESTERMAN LTD 33 foot / 10 meter Measuring Tape Leather and Brass. 

First 9 inches and first 0.2 meter missing (see photos) and repairs done at 3 foot mark and 1 meter mark (see photos).  Winding mechanism still in good working order. 

Starting clip has claw that can be enmbed into ground.
