The Macedonia 10 Denari Banknote was released by the National Bank of the Republic of Macedonia in 2011. The obverse of the purple banknote features a crescent-shaped gold filigree 4th-century BC earring, a 3rd-century BC alabaster statue of the torso of the Egyptian Goddess Isida in Ohrid. The reverse depicts a peacock mosaic from the 5th-6th century AD baptisteries of Episcopal Basilica in Stobi. The paper bill contains a 2-mm windowed security thread with a demetallized text. It also has a watermark that reveals the statues of Isida. It is 140 x 70 mm in size and is in uncirculated condition.
