We use RELIABLE shipping services with moderate shipping times with TRACKING, such as:

We ALWAYS provide Tracking number and DO NOT USE CHEAP unreliable shipping options.

Buyer is responsible for any Import Customs taxes or duties, which may additionally apply for the purchase in his country.

Confidence of our products quality: we accept returns within 60 days from the delivery date.

Refund will be processed within 2 business days after return delivery date.

We will compensate all return/exchange costs for defective items or shipped by mistake.

Return conditions:

• Items should be returned in same condition as shipped to the buyer: no installation marks and were not used.
• Items have to be returned in original packaging and tags, as initially shipped to the buyer.

Warranty covers:

We will repair or replace any product that proves to be defective in material or manufacturing process during warranty period during one year from date of retail purchase. If the product is not longer manufactured or out of stock, we may replace it with compatible or improved product at our option.

Warranty does not cover: 

Wear defects or malfunctions cause by misuse, abuse or improper product maintenance.

It doesn’t cover cosmetic or incidental damage, will not apply to damage caused by unauthorized alteration, modification or repair of the product. 

We do not cover any shipping, insurance, import fees, duties and taxes.

How to obtain warranty:

Contact us via eBay or directly to obtain Warranty service for our products.

We will request you to complete a warranty service request form. 

We may also require you to provide purchase evidence of the product.

Ship the product to us (with tracking) after our warranty case confirmation.
