ORDERING INFORMATION
After
you purchase your forms we will contact you for all the details. If
you plan to provide logos and/or artwork, please ensure that the file is
a gray scale 300 dpi file in PDF, JPEG or Tiff formats. Screens, gradients and halftones may not reproduce well. If you have a question about
the file we will be glad to help you. An electronic proof will be sent
to your email address for approval within 24-48 hours excluding weekends
and holidays. Since these forms are in black ink only be sure that any logos submitted will print satisfactory in black. Be sure to send us your starting number if you need these forms numbered.
