Here we have WOC Pokémon promo Dark Gyarados pre-release , this card is over 20 years old but has been graded NM (7) by UK Get Graded. It is now protected in a slab so will stay that way, buying this means no guess work on listed cards or ebayers guessing at what grade it could get, let face it we all had cards so called mint or near mint which go in the bin ! Get Graded have now added NFC to their card so you can quickly check the certification and have added a population report.
