Vintage 1930s to 1950s (from records of her work)  Western Americana Old West Ranch Ghost Town by listed artist Maxine Parsons, known as an early art instructor in California and Arizona in Plein Air Art Impressionism of the Desert. Maxine painted blind, per information from her nephew. Painting is oil on canvas with lavish gold tone ornate wood frame.

Landscape features and old west memorabilia from a classic windmill, wagons, old cabins, fences, and barn. Colors are late summer with yellow grass, shrubs and a mountain in the distance. GREAT DETAIL and talent. Perfect for adding to a western theme, cabin style home. Other works by Maxine can be found on ebay. Condition of oil is good, there is one small poke on top right margin area, does not go through, and some debris on the linen matting tape around frame, but there are no cracking on the paint, holes or tears.
