This antique Chinese Imari export vase is brightly decorated in enamels and gold gilt with three central garden theme design on the body.  The first design is of a magenta enamel gnarly tree of blooming iron red peony and gold morning glory flowers behind a deep blue enamel fence with a yellow pole and an iron red lotus flower symbol above it. Below the fence is a red diaper design with deep blue enamel waves.  The second design is of blooming iron red and gold enamel peony flowers and orchids next to a multi colored enamel blue, green red yellow and magenta rock.  And the third design is of a scholar’s red quilt and gilded gold scroll tucked among yellow and green banana leaves.  Shooting up the neck of this Chinese imari bottle vase are three separate meandering green and magenta enamel leaves with branches of sprouting iron red chrysanthemum flowers with a gold enamel center.  

This wonderful antique Chinese Imari enamel flower vase is lovely to look at and will make a great addition to any Chinese Imari Porcelain collection.  What a great find for the vintage and antique Asian collector!

Condition:  Very Good antique condition with some blue enamel lost on the fence as well as a very small hair line crack on the neck of the vase seen with a 10x loop and as seen in the pics.
