  1. I obtain proof of postage on all orders!
  2. I aim to include as many clear photos as possible in the gallery, describe my items as accurate detailed as possible, check for authenticity & highlight any packaging defect findings if any. 
  3. My return policy does not affect your statutory rights to change your mind however, due to health and hygiene reasons, I will only accept returns for a refund on these products only if the item is returned within 14 days from the date of you receiving it, has NOT been opened or used and with an untampered packaging seal condition. By doing so, would still meet the legal requirements to remain sellable. Therefore, you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods whilst they are in your possession.  
  4. It's also within your legal rights if you wish, to cancel your order before the item has been dispatched.
  5. Whereas the purchased item is being returned, a refund entitlement will only be payable to you once the item has reached me.  Therefore, it's recommended to use a tracked service to make sure that you would be able to make a claim with the postal service in case it does not make it back to me. 
  6. If a refund is to be payable to you without any reasonable doubts, I will process the refund using the same method of payment you used to purchase the item/s.
