The wound strings are made from nickel-plated, steel wire wrapped around a hex-shaped steel core wire. The plain strings are made of specially tempered, tin-plated, high-carbon steel, producing a well-balanced tone for your guitar.

Artist Guitars will cover any faults in workmanship or materials for a period of 3 years from date of purchase. If you have any issues simply contact us with a description of the fault (a picture or short video can also help).

Warranty is only valid to the original purchaser and is only available in Australia. In most cases the issue can be fixed by replacing a part. If so we will send the part for free to you. If more extensive work is required we will get the unit back to us (or in some cases we will just send you out a replacement).
