We send all of our orders out in perfect condition. In the instance your order is damaged or destroyed during transit,
please let us know and we and once a photo is supplied, we will refund or replace your order in FULL

Please allow up to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment clears for your order to be shipped

Pick up is also available, however the purchase must first be made via eBay

We recommend you keep your image in an air-tight zip lock bag, in a cooler dark place away from direct sunlight and heat. This will help to avoid having colours fade.
