Old 1781-1940 1949 New Jersey AGRICULTURE SOCIETY Pottery Medallion ASHTRAY LUKS

DESCRIPTION :

This listing is for an old souvenir ashtray from the New Jersey Agriculture Society.  This is a souvenir that was made by LUKS in 1949 and is marked such.  This round ashtray has the medallion design in the center.  It was commemorating the 1781 to 1940 event.  This neat old pottery ashtray is about 4.25 inches across.  Not sure who LUKS was if he worked for a pottery company or ???  It is very well made for a novice.  It is OLD and ORIGINAL.  It is in great condition with NO CHIPS, NO CRACKS, and NO BREAKS.  A neat old piece of history.
