Beautiful embroidered Hand Fan Victorian with bling Purple Edge Gold Paint Inlay Handle. Very pretty fan. I dont know if it is vintage but looks to me like it may be. Could be great for a movie set or for a woman with hot flashes. Can be folded and stuck in your purse. Closed, the fan measures about 9-10". Open and fanned out, it measures about 16". Great for hot flashes!
