Vintage 60 x 65 inch Disney's Winnie The Pooh handmade comforter toddler baby blanket quilt.  I believe this folds up into the pocket or I think the pocket could be used to keep a small pillow in place, like to use this as a kindergarten mat for instance.  Very good vintage condition with only light signs of wear and no major flaws or issues.
