Although we send ALL orders within 1 working days, we rely on Royal Mail to deliver our orders. Around 96% orders are delivered within 2 working days, unfortunately on rare occasions Royal Mail are delayed and we will not be able to issue refunds if the delay is less than 10 working days. 1. Gently hold both sides of the LED light.
2. Pull down the insulation tab to activate LED light.
3. Inflate like a normal balloon.
