We offer One Year Limited Warranty repair or replace in the USA. You do not ship to China and cause you headaches. We have a service center in the USA and will offer warranty service on radios bought from us only.

We do not mark up shipping fee. You only pay whatever USPS, FedEx or UPS charge us.

We process orders and ship Monday-Saturday but UPS only pick up your order Monday to Friday.
