Heavy, coming in at just over 42 pounds. USA version (overseas version spelled Tires Tyres). Some light rust which is typical with these pieces. Bolted on the bottom, which needs a cleaning. Comes from an old gas station and tire store north of Burlington North Carolina out in the countryside. Seller Lot #22043-LALB.
