Payment due by way of Paypal only within three (3) days of purchase.  If you need more time than this to make the payment, PLEASE contact FLORIDA SUNSHINE TREASURES through the eBay message board before the 3rd day. Communication is the key.  We ship out your item within 3 days of payment and do use recycled material in shipping. We do not cancel order, we will let eBay handle this issue.

On Internationals you can select  THE GLOBAL SHIPPING PROGRAM with eBay or choose first class international USPS.   

The Seller and/or Buyer have the right to cancel this transaction, as part of the listing description, if the shipping/handling cost to ship to buyer's country is more than what was calculated on invoice - if buyer does not want to pay the extra cost, no tracking can be obtained to buyer's country or seller's insurance will not insure to buyer's country.  We insure most packages and the following countries are NOT covered by our/seller's insurance, so we do not ship to:  Afghanistan, Angola, Bolivia, Brazil, Burma, Congo, Cuba, Hong Kong, Iran, Iraq, Ivory Coast (Cote d'Ivoire), Liberia, Mexico, Nigeria, North Korea, Paraguay, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela. Any location that would be in violation of any U.S. economic or trade sanctions including OFAC Restricted Countries. For shipments to Commonwealth of Independent States countries including Russia, (includes Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan)  This list is subject to change.  Shipments sent to countries that are embargoed by the United States or United Nations as sanctioned by the Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) are also not covered.
