BLACK SILK VELVET RIBBONS PIPE THE COLLAR AND THROUGH THE FRONT WITH LACE INSERTION ACROSS THE FRONT, IN BANDS ON THE HIGH SLEEVE WITH MATCHING FLORAL LACE AND VELVET TRIMMING THE BOTTOM SLEEVES.
HOOK AND EYE CLOSURE IN THE REAR AND IS LINED ON THE INTERIOR IN WHITE MUSLIN.
CONDITION: THE WHITE SATIN OF THE TOP COLLAR APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN REPLACED BUT WAS VERY NEATLY DONE, NOTE THE WISER. SEVERAL SMALL BREAK SEAMS TO THE LACE INSERTION WITH THE LEFT FRONT UNDERARM SEAM HAVING A SLIGHT STRETCH AND TWO HALF INCH POINTS OF THE CHIFFON NEED TO BE RETACKED BACK TO THE LACE.
