Please do not contact me asking if I would like to purchase your items.  I don’t. 

Everything I sell and ship to you will be cleaned for pictures, but will need cleaned again. Items are stored in places that may be dirty and have no access to water. 

I DO NOT accept returns. Model numbers are given for YOUR benefit so you can properly research the item. I’m not responsible should you receive an item that doesn’t match, doesn’t fit, or doesn’t work with your project.

For any small cosmetic flaws, I recommend Porc-A-Fix which comes in every color of the Kohler rainbow. It is a fingernail polish-like product that can be used to touch up scratches or scuffs, or to fill in small cracks or chips.

What items sold for “new at the time” does not matter. Items are priced according to their rarity and the expense and time it took for me to obtain them. Please do not contact me simply to point out that I’m selling something above what the retail price was. I am aware and it matters not. 

Toilets do not come with seats, bolt caps, supply lines, wax rings, or anything else unless specified. Sinks do not include faucets, supply lines, mounting brackets or any other accessories unless specified. 

When purchasing a toilet, whether used or new old stock, you are buying the ceramic shell of the toilet. Internal tank parts, seats, bolt caps, and other necessary hardware will most likely need to be replaced and purchased at your expense. Please read item descriptions carefully for specific details.

Fragile items are packed according to, and exceeding, FedEx and UPS requirements. Weather permitting, I do the packaging outdoors. Therefore you may see some dirt and/or foliage in the box or in with the packing material due to this. All items are ALWAYS shipped fully insured. 

Cash and local pickup is always an option and can reduce the cost significantly. 

I cannot ship freight or fragile items to Hawaii or Alaska. They ship to the lower 48 ONLY. Please contact me prior to purchase if you need something delivered to either state, so I can let you know if it will be possible. 

Large one-piece toilets and heavy cast-iron sinks will ship via uShip ONLY. A valid phone number is required in order for uShip to execute a successful delivery. Items will be FULLY INSURED via uShip’s insurance policy. uShip shipments do not use traditional tracking numbers and delivery will normally take much longer than UPS or Federal Express. Please take this into consideration when purchasing a one-piece toilet or a very heavy cast-iron sink, as that will be the only option for shipping these type items.
