Key will be sent within 24 hours after purchase (7 days a week).

NO PHYSICAL items (e.g. CDs/BOXs) WILL BE POSTED

Due to the nature of the item (intangible digital content), no return will be allowed and no refund will be given.  

Combating internet fraud

I believe that protecting consumer privacy and combating internet fraud are equally important.  

In contrast to some other ebay sellers, I will NOT ask you to provide any sensitive information such as proofs of address or proofs of photo identification.

Yet, due to several recent scamming attempts, I reserve the right to refuse to sell.

Every order is considered individually. After analysing a range of factors, some orders may be cancelled and refunded. For examples, orders from low rating / inactive buyers might have higher chances being declined.

Please kindly accept my sincere apologies if I cancel your genuine order. Until paypal steps up to protect sellers of intangible content, I would have to reluctantly keep my rule on choosing consumers tightened.

My responsibility and the buyers' responsibilities

My responsibility is to let buyers successfully activated the software. Other than that, it is beyond my control.

Therefore, I could not be held accountable for any issue no matter related to hardware or  software, that leads to the software being unusable (e.g. crashing/ lagging)

Buyers are responsible for ensuring that their PCs could run the software before placing orders.
