We are offering a repair service (your own unit) for Lenovo Thinkpad laptops manfactured in 2017-2019 that have Thunderbolt 3 and/or USB C issues - we are NOT selling them
We use genuine replacement parts, have high quality tools and a lot of experience. We understand the faults - we know why they appeared and how to repair them. After repairs we do a complete testing of the laptop. 
The repair charge covers most conditions/faults except for units that have been subjected to liquids damage or customer abuse. 

The most common symptoms of failure are: 
  • USB-C port not working 
  • Intel Thunderbolt controller not visible in the OS/Device Manager 
  • USB-C or Thunderbolt docking staons not visible or having connecvity problems 
  • HDMI output not available 
  • System battery not charging with a USB-C power adapter connected to the USB-C port or charging with 15W of power
  • Intel Thunderbolt pop-up error message 
  • Intel Thunderbolt safe mode error message 
  • BIOS Thunderbolt communicaon error or hang during POST 

Error message that apperas when you start your laptop:
The connected AC adapter has a lower wattage than the recommended AC adapter which was shipped with the system. To use the AC power, please connect the AC adapter which was shipped with the system.

  1. Contact us and we will discuss the fault.
  2. Purchase a Repair Service
  3. After you have purchased the service you will receive an eBay message with a Repair order form and with shipping instructions. 
  4. Ship your unit to us. Do not forget to clearly write your eBay ID and return address and put it in the shipping box. Please keep a record of your shipping confirmation as claims regarding lost or stolen shipments will need to be filed with the carrier.
  5. In most cases we will repair and return the laptop the next day that it was received. If there are any issues with your order, we will contact you using the information provided on the Repair order form. If there are any additional costs of repair and you do not approve them, we will return the laptop to you and refund your repair fee.
  6. I do not recommend sending laptops that have built-in HDDs. Most of the laptops listed are easy to open. You can take the HDD out during the repair time. If you send the laptop with the HDD I take no responsibility if HDD gets damaged while shipping.
  7. if you are worried about us looking at your data on the HDD or SSD, you can take the drive out of the laptop while the repair is being done.

Buyers are responsible for making sure that their items are delivered safely for service. Shipping costs from buyer to our service are covered by the buyer. Any shipping and handling cost is non-refundable. 
Buyers are also responsible for buying the correct item, proper handling of the laptop or damage due to poor packaging when shipped to us. We may refuse to repair units that were water damaged or units on which unsuccessful repair attempt was already performed.
