This is a pickguard-mounted version of the original ThumbRocker. It is also 3D printed to the same standards. A great option for playing closer to the neck.

Simply remove the top screw on your pickguard, align the lip on thumb rest on the top of the pickguard, then reinstall the screw. Pretty easy!
