This resin print is sold unpainted and unassembled. The figure is printed at 28mm scale as appropriate to its size.  Figures are shipped with pieces individually wrapped in protective wrap. Figures are shipped wrapped in bubble wrap, in a box with packing to further protect them. Tracking is provided so you know when we send out your item. We send out orders within 2-3 business days once payment is received.

Resin is fragile while we will do our best to package and secure the figures please keep in mind once the item is shipped its out of our hands. Any Damaged or broken parts are not the fault of Battleaxe Games. CA glue(super glue) and a little patience is that's needed for a quick fix.
