Solice is a ready-mix ice cream powder, you only need to add milk and whisk to perfection. It makes approximately 12 to 14 scoops, which is enough to serve 8-10 people a good-sized portion, and more if it accompanies a dessert.
No need for expensive equipment, you can make your Solice ice cream with just an electric mixer. When you want to eat it, or prepare it for the kids or a dinner party, it’s ready after a few hours in your freezer.

Store the powder mix in a dry place at room temperature and away from direct sunlight or other heat sources. Do not refrigerate. Use within seven days of opening. Once milk has been added, the product should be prepared according to the instructions. Keep frozen and consume within two months. Do not refreeze the ice cream once it has melted.
