Shipping

All of our Pick & Mix items are created to order and dispatched in airtight, heat-sealed bags for freshness & quality. A full ingredients label clearly showing allergens, nutritional information & best before date is also provided.

We currently ship with Royal Mail and all of our products are available for free postage on a 2nd Class 48-hour service within the UK as standard. All orders are dispatched same day if placed before 2pm Monday to Friday. No orders will be dispatched Saturday or Sunday.

We also offer premium delivery, including First Class/Signed For services at an additional cost.

All delivery dates are estimates and once dispatched from ourselves delays outside of our control, whilst unlikely and rare, are of course possible.

Returns

Products must be returned in unopened/untampered with condition within 30 days - Customer to pay for postage.

We do not accept returns on open or tampered with food products due to the nature of the product. If you have any questions about our products, please email, message or call us & we will be happy to help you before you place your order. Returns not accepted on any 'Mystery Box' product.
