INTRODUCTION TO AD410

ANCEL AD410 is a greatly enhanced upgrade from more basic car code readers. It has the capability to read and erase fault codes when the check engine light comes on. It also shows real-time live data reported by the ECU, including engine temperature, O2 sensor readings, among other things. The device is easy to use and no prior experience with diagnostic tools is required.

Where's the OBDII interface?

The OBD2 port is often under the dash, or under a panel below the handbrake in the centre console.

How to get started?

Simply plug into the OBD II port on your car and turn the ignition on and you ready to go.

Why I can't erase the fault code?

The fault causing the fault code to show will need to be repaired first then code can be erased.

CODE DEFINITION

There is a built-in up-to-date OBD-II DTC look-up library in this device. Fault codes and their definitions can be found in the library. A 2.4" TFT true color (262K) LCD display is fitted to provide a clear reading of the information contained in it. After a fault code is detected, the definition of the code will be shown by directly clicking the fault code selected.

DATA STREAM

The scan tool lets you view "real-time" Live Data. This information includes values (volts, rpm, temperature, speed etc.) and system status information (open loop, closed loop, fuel system status, etc.) generated by the various vehicle sensors, switches and actuators.
