There are four different varieties of Bayliss Mk7 available
The Standard Bayliss Mk.7 features a strong frame and a single strong spring, suitable for use on roof vents in fairly sheltered areas where strong gusts of wind are unlikely
The Triple Spring Mk.7 features the same strong frame and three strong springs which makes it suitable for roof or side vents in areas where strong gusts of wind may occur
The Hydraulicheck Mk.7 features the strong frame, two strong springs and a hydraulic damping unit making it suitable for roof or side vents in areas where strong gusts of wind are likely
The Mk.7 Super features a super strong, oversize frame and strong spring making it suitable for heavy conservatory or oversize greenhouse roof windows
There are two different Cylinders available:
The Orchid Cylinder is an alternative to the standard Cylinder for specialist applications where a higher opening temperature is
required.
The standard Cylinder enables the window to be set to start opening between around 12°C (55°F) and 75°F (24°C).
The Mk 7 Orchid Wax version can be set to start opening the window at between 75°F and 90°F.
