This device is being sold in the condition as shown in pictures provided for parts or not working. The serial number of the device is shown in the pictures, please check serial number before purchasing for exact specs of the device. The device has some scuffs on the display and the back. The power button intermittently works, but the device will turn on when plugged in to a charger.  The device is older and may not support some newer apps or programs. THE DEVICE CAN NOT BE FULLY SET UP due to issues causing it to be for parts only.
