1996 Fleer Michael Jordan Ultra Decade of Excellence Rookie #4 PSA 10 GEM MINT 10-year Anniversary Reprint of 1986 Michael Jordan Rookie Card that was randomly inserted exclusively into both series hoppy packs at a rate of one in 72, this 20-card set features reprints from the popular 1986-87 debut Fleer set. Card fronts are designated with the card name "Fleer Decade of Excellence 1986-1996" in gold foil to distinguish the card from the original issue. Card backs are identical to the 1986-87 release, but with "1996" copyright.
