1. Prepare a water glass, boil the water to about 75 degrees, and pour it into the water glass. 2. Soak the braces in the prepared hot water for about 1 minute. 3. Take out the braces with chopsticks, put the braces into the mouth and bite gently. 4. After the braces are set, put them in cold water to cool quickly.
5. If the size is too large, it can be trimmed appropriately. If the shape is not good at one time, you can repeat steps 1-4 to shape.
*Tip: Because the material of the braces is soft and comfortable, do not soak in boiling water.
