Preparation: Place the dumplings in the cooking bag in a saucepan of cold, salted water. Bring your dumplings to the boil briefly and then simmer over low heat for 15 minutes. Take out the dumplings and hold them briefly under cold water. Carefully tear open the cooking bag, serve the dumplings and enjoy.

Suitable for vegetarian dishes.
