• Chalet to let on Sundowner Park, Hemsby NR29 4NW 
• 2 bedrooms, sleeps 5, one double bed, and one bunk, single on top double at the bottom.
• Sundowner is a pretty site, 5-minute walk from the beach, 10-minute walk from the main Beach Road amenities.  15-minute drive to Great Yarmouth. 
• No amusements or clubhouse on site, however both can be found just outside the site including a fish and chip shop.
• Dog friendly chalet.
• Duvets and pillows provided, please bring your own bed linen and towels.
• The buy it now price is for the deposit.  Please message me to check the dates available before you buy.
• Electric meter takes £1 coins, I will put some in to get you started, you will need to top up during your stay.
• £100 security deposit + the balance is due 4 weeks before the holiday commences.
• Only £50 deposit required at this point to secure your chosen dates,
