This is a very nice, older satchel, or soft sided brief case made in Italy of heavy leather.  The case has a lock and key as well as a shoulder strap.  The case is fairly large and will hold most laptops as well as an ipad or tablet.  It measures about 15 by 12 inches and has 3 pockets.  The middle pocket has a zipper and then there is a fourth pocket on the outside front.
